Yes that is usually when I have it, would be a toasted Italian Bread slice. (other bread or bagel just fine depending what is at home) a spread of Cream Cheese, and Raspberry Jam... 
Probably just a little searching and I will find. Really like the taste of rhubarb. I have some growing in my garden, but its not producing very well. Other creatures beat me to harvest time.

I like to keep an assortment of different jams/preserves on hand. I get these small jars and the flavors include;; Strawberry,Blueberry, Gooseberry, Apricot, Black Currant, Apple butter, Plum, and others. When I'm at the deli, and see something interesting, I try it. I have not come across a rhubarb jam yet.
Now I just got a powerful urge to get some Strawberry Rhubarb Pie.
