I PBJ,,,,,, I often substitute the Peanut butter with Cream Cheese.
I suspect I never grew up.... And the Mooo Juice also. Guess we need it just like the chickens need the Oyster Shells freechioce

I have always been a milk drinker use to use a gallon every three days
the pneumonia med no milk had to go without salt or dairy to Nuke the thyroid that was 3 weeks before no salt or dairy
