I don't know if it is my ISP or my operating system, but the lag is lasting up to 10 seconds. Screen is locking up way too much. I will have to catch up later I suppose.

I only had that on my laptop. I thought it was because after almost two years of sitting unused, the computer needed updates I have not done yet.

Right. I sometimes have a slow connection. My connection is fibre if I'm on WiFi but it seems to get bunged up with users! I just switch onto mobile data and that seems to speed things up.
