That's a burger! I have ground beef in the fridge I need to use and onions and cottage cheese. Thanks for solving my dinner dilemma!
You gotta jalapeno flavor the cottage cheese! Lightly saute' the red onions. Then about a table spoon of light brown sugar. Low heat until it melts. Wipe out the pan while it is hot. Once it cools.. it will be like concrete.

Look at that core! Mega Meat. Low Fat. That Berkshire was on a low carb diet.
Protein = Meat
Carbohydrates = Fat
Contrary to popular belief, corn is not good for lean pork production.
This swine was fed soy and whey. The last 2 weeks was when beer soaked corn was introduced.
