Yes please! What's the cookie dough?

I used puff pastry (Peppridge Farms). Just thawed out 2 sheets of it, put 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup walnuts and 1/2 cup dried cherries in the food processor, spread that out on the pastry sheets, rolled them up (2 sides toward the center), chilled & sliced. The dried cherries should have been chopped finer, they were a pain to slice through. Baked at 375* for about 14 minutes.

Pretty simple! I think they would look nice on a Christmas cookie tray with the other goodies.
