Today's Cup Fashion Show entry.

Breakfast... Its almost like Groundhog Day, but I enjoy it. Note the extra fruit today. Its ether DW is trying to pump extra fiber into me ,,,,,, or supporting the Blueberry Pickers Association.

Lunch ,,,, a bowl of creamy tomato-vegetable soup.
Note the globs in the soup. These are dumpling style noodles. Fresh/quick made. Egg and flour mixed in a bowl, and spooned into boiling soup. If the mixture is made slightly thinner, then it can be poured into soup, and pieces are smaller.

Soup is good any time but especially in the winter!

I have Chicken taco soup in the instantpot setup as a slow cooker.

Since I got the instantpot, I have not used my crock pot

I love just winging it... I buy groceries with meals in mind, but I usually just go with how I feel. Lol

We did that when first married. We did not have enough discipline to use all of the food before it rotted. The menu helps a lot!

We got our first quail eggs. I tried out my egg scissors and then fried the egg. Interesting flavor, fried in butter with a dash of salt and pepper.
