We had a couple of over ripe bananas and I had a request for more bread so it's in the oven now. I don't have any butter so I'm trying it with coconut oil instead.

Have you ever tried coconut bread? There’s a good recipe for it on the smitten kitchen blog (that has amazing recipes). Coconut bread is like banana bread in texture but it’s coconut and it’s delicious in the morning toasted with butter

That was the only topping my dad ever wanted on his pumpkin or banana bread, that's where I learned to like it.

Hey, maybe it's a heredity thing and Igor is just missing the gene!

I like it on pumpkin bread best, banana bread I usually put butter on but cream cheese sometimes.

Igor is weird. He doesn't like broccoli or cauliflower, not Brussels sprouts even if I roast them with bacon, but he'll eat disgusting lima beans no problem .He's a strange one
