I’m doing an experiment. Brownies in cast iron. The wrong size pan too! Let’s see how it goes.
I’m not hungry, and Duckling is a snot nose (I mean literally, though she didn’t like the brownie batter), so she may or may not eat. Pictures of something unhealthy coming at you at 7:00 EST!

I thought about making ice cream, but there’s little point tonight.

I saw little point in melting butter in a pot, then using a separate pan. I have skipped that step in the past, and it doesn’t work very well. This is a 10” skillet, so I reduced the recipe to 20 minutes.
I’m sure the recipe is in the notes.
