Last night's dinner was a slice of cold leftover pizza...probably wouldn't have made for a pretty food picture (but tasted good!).

Just a question to all the hungry hounds that deal with next day PIZZA.
When we have pizza, STORE, or HOMEMADE,, there is usually some for the next day. I can eat mine COLD, and its ok. DW does not like it cold.
Found heating it on the stove-top in a covered skillet makes it taste just like it came out of the oven. The crust is nice and crispy. It starts out somewhat moist being refrigerated.
Heated only in the micro makes it warm and flimsy:he.
SKILLET= :droolCRUST
Anyone else tried my OLE SKOOL way???:idunno
:hitnow I wish I had some pizza in the fridge to show off my process:hit
Maybe Friday will be PIZZA NITE here:thumbsup

We'll both eat it cold or hot. I heat mine up in the toaster oven and it turns out hot & crispy-crusted.

The microwave destroys leftover pizza, glad you found a way to work things out that are better!
