We had a bacon cheeseburger casserole. Igor liked it. I used quail eggs and half and half in lieu of chicken eggs and heavy cream.

Lunch, beet soup with meat tortellini.

Dinner, Baked Chicken Thigh. Steamed cauliflower, smashed tatos, topped with (didn't have grrravy) Chunky beef vegetable soup.

Awwww used the Swedish whisk to do the sourdough

this morning just picked up in the mail along with the new Scandinavian whisk I have Ma's but it is all metal the Caphalon cookware get pitted and scratched

dinner last night here too

I do not have a proper Hoosier I have rakes no handle and a small shelf from dumpster dive I did

Do love making dough using the new tool does do a better job less work to knead in the bowl at first
