Hi ya Penny! :frowI'm craving potato salad, but haven't had the time. I made scalloped potatoes last night (thanks again for the recipe Ron) with a fruit salad, a big green salad & asparagus. I had a fake turkey roll thing for those who needed the extra protein, but I stay away from the fake meats when I can.

Tell Ya have a turkey breast in the freezer keep thinking I need to give to the birds or make a turkey noodle soup send the rest to birds
I do have the dough resting for our bow wow dogs lets eat.gif

 That's a lot of food! Large family? We have a large family. It's so interesting to see the difference in the type of food from one side of the country to the other. Ham, yes on Easter. Turkey, Ham,..Christmas. I love Brussel Sprouts! I lived in the south for a while. Not a fav. here in the west. Jelllo salads are a biggy here. .Like your strawberry one, but it would be smothered with whipped cream on top..or, yogurt salad, I make what we call the green jello salad often. Green jello, cottage cheese, pineapple, and cool whip. Potatoes and gravy are big here! Zucchini bread when it starts growing here.
