Hey BC those look pretty good! Did you just pour on the sauce or bake them like enchiladas?

I was surprised that I liked it so much. I don’t know why, but I have been refusing to try it for almost thirteen years. Silly me! I dare say I like it better than beef or chicken.

Salad has bacon, chicken breast and Bleu cheese dressing. Grapes and garlic bread on the side, milk to drink.

Didn't try the carbonara salad yet. Tomorrow for sure.

BC, your enchilada looks good too. I've never thought of adding egg to them before.
