Super easy, it's Mexican cornbread or cornbread casserole or whatever, I said wrong thing.
8 oz container of sour cream
1 stick butter softened
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix
1 can cream style corn
1 can corn drained
Mix and Bake 350 about 50 to 60 minutes. I use a casserole dish.
I add a can of rotel or some green chili's or sometimes a roasted pepper, either a poblano or a red bell pepper.
We've also enjoyed it with some bacon and onions cooked and then baked in it.
It takes 4 cups of milk to make a quart jar of yogurt!To use up milk (that’s not normal around here), I had to bake bread to make bread pudding. Make one ice cream easily, but then I had to make a baked pie crust for the other batch. I’ve also done dishes four times today, mopped, and wiped the counters a million times. If there is a next time, I’m just chugging!![]()
Apple pie ice cream. The pie crust isn’t the right texture, but I think it’s because I let the ice cream melt while chopping everything up, and it soaked in. Still really good!
