Chicken pot pie for dinner last night and tonight. I'm in clean out the fridge/freezer/pantry mode. Tomorrow I'll be trying cabbage rolls...I've never made them before.

Cabbage rolls? I've eaten them (they're good!) but never tried to make them. Let us know how they turn out!

After her bath, Duckling brought me her favorite spray detangler and brush. Her head was a rats nest, so I had her pick a Garnier Fructis leave-in cream. I put it in, and she exclaimed, “Oh my goodness, that smells sooo good! It even smells better than corn dogs!!”

Made the cabbage rolls before work today. I read the recipe reviews and used the microwave method to soften the cabbage leaves, loved that part. I also baked these, 350 for an hour and used a sauce recipe I found in the reviews as well. I also used extra cabbage leaves to line the bottom of the dish and to cover the rolls before baking. They smell wonderful! Will let you know how they taste after dinner. Will be serving on wide egg noodles.
