Somewhere in my past thinking, I recall that instant coffee can be used as ingredient in pastries (regular, or decaff)

You would have to make 2 separate batches of dough. Decaff for Ducklings' cookies
And Espresso for self

She drinks large quantities of Mt. Dew when not here. Coffee is the least of my worries.
Unfortunately, she has a real allergy to pear, and the peaches were canned in pear juice.
