I'm going to post copies of the recipe for the pot pie with the cornbread crust. Thing is, it is one of several recipes included in an investment cooking article from Woman's Day 1995. So you get all the recipes. LOL But you can figure out how to adjust to just make the pot pie.

Actually, when I worked, DH and I would spend a Saturday and cook the entire collection of recipes. The way it is written up, it's easy to do.
Every recipe is delicious. It even comes with the shopping list. We froze everything in dinner portions, to serve 4-6, except the burritos which were frozen individually. Now that I'm reading it, I'm going to do this again very soon!

I like taking recipes and converting them to something different. The other day I made my homemade spaghetti sauce and added cinnamon. It was so amazing and was great for the fall.

That sounds like a good idea. Some people add it to their chili and other mexican dishes too.
