SHOW OFF YOUR YUM! Food Photography Thread

I would never have thought to save my sauce for chili! Good idea! I save the broth from Italian beef for use in other recipes. It is so rich with flavor and herbs, it make a great meatloaf seasoning, for example.
I actually add carrots to my homemade spaghetti sauce because it gives it a sweet flavor. My hubs love sauce that tastes like candy.
 
I use lots of vegetables in my cooking. Keeps everyone healthy and no one complains because they don't even notice.
We love veggies and it's usually the star of the show around here. I do add a lot of bells and onions, maybe mushrooms, to my sauce, but now I'm gonna add carrots and cinnamon. How fun is that?
