DH took this pic bunch of freeloaders

Not great pics, Thai Coconut Curry Chicken. I made the curry paste from scratch and chicken was bbq'd. Almost perfect heat (could have been a bit hotter imo).

Thanks. Good when it's cold outside. Lots of turmeric, garlic and ginger in the paste.
