We had crab cakes tonight with the Hasselback potatoes (shared by @FortCluck) and some blackened Cajun brussel sprouts. A nice remoulade sauce for the crab cakes. It isn’t very pretty but it was very good!

I saved the PDF file recipe. Just thought since viewing those ingredient, :drool:drool:drool I could replace the shrimp with diced chicken breasts:thumbsup
I have done that and it is delicious!!! Let us know how you like it that way. I have even made it with portabello mushrooms for some vegetarian friends. They loved it.

It looks delicious! Hassleback potatoes are my favorite for some reason. Im a potato fanatic. I could eat potatoes all day every day without anything, just cooked.

Made these for lunch. Same as the ones I made a few days before, but they were too blond. Changed method,,,,,, and :drool:drool:drool and crispy as well.

I like the Hassleback potatoes a lot, and there are just so many possibilities with that recipe, or method I should say.

Like my quesadillas... We came up with 4 new kinds like chicken cordon blue, breakfast quesadilla, ham and cheese, and blt. I'm going to be cooking these for the rest of my life now!
