Grass,,, Grilled Chicken breast,,, underneath it a piece of Gyros meat,, The Brown Ball is Falafel,, and Saffron Rice. Saffron spice has to be used with care. I don't have any in the house.
I'm not sure if restaurant uses Real Saffron or a substitute.
Turmeric is a member of the ginger family is the most widely recommended saffron substitute.
