We should have more feathered feet hatching! So far only 1 has hatched since the last 3, but it's a red sex link jersey giant Cross

Not, to go off on a tangent, but I wanted a Buff Orpington cockerel and a Lavendar Orpington cockerel in my 4 chicks this fall, and I'm happy to report I got them. I'm not as happy to report that one other may be a cockerel, although he is beginning to look more like a pullet at 12 weeks. I hope so. That would be perfect. Either way, I'm going to try to keep them all. Thinking about a bachelor pad.

We now have 4 chicks DH just looked at our 3 feathered feet chicks and wants me to keep them all if they're pullets.

How many more eggs to hatch now?

6... 4 are externally pipped. 1 has done nothing (think it's a quitter) and another is internally pipped.

I'll take pics of the difference in my chick's sizes. The FF ones are so tiny! Hopefully I'll get the pic posted when I post what my dinner looks like

I’m proud of me. I was in the kitchen, making lunch. I turned to put the clean dishes away, and somehow the bread pan got filled up, and put into the machine. Now my dough for cinnamon rolls and dinner rolls will be done!
