@penny1960 I used the air fryer tonight. Half a box of fish sticks took 10 minutes and half a bag of crispy crowns took about 8 minutes, both cooked @ 400*. They were crispier than the regular oven in less time than it takes my oven to preheat. That's the real reason I got the thing, it's basically a countertop convection oven and doesn't heat the kitchen like the oven does.

Kalua pig, short-grain rice topped with some furikake, kimchi, and of course the obvious on top.

Jalapeno poppers, grilled steak and shrimp, asparagus, and baby potatoes with garlic and parsley for dinner tonight. Moo juice to drink. Forgot more pics, I was hungry.
