What did you fill these with??? and what is your choice of flavors??
My #1 and # 2 are Potato & cheese, and Sauerkraut & mushrooms.

Rich, these were filled with a potato and farmers cheese mixture... which also happens to be my favorite. If we go to second favorite, I think I have to choose a more dessert type like cherry or blueberry filled. I love sauerkraut, but make a different type with sauerkraut. I make a yeast dough and fill them with the sauerkraut filling, and then deep fry them. It's kind of like a stuffed roll, or doughnut, or pie, or whatever you want to call it and then deep fried. With my homemade oak barrel sauerkraut they are one of my favs

So two nights nothing from me maybe first was burgers 50 x 50 style with beets seasoned
Potato wedges

Russian dinner with Cabbage but I put meat in ... Well went south on it
added three eggs, heavy garlic, pepper... seasoning salt.. Was stew meat sirloin from Costco put in a little 1/2 and 1/2 make it loose .. Cooked egg noodles poured my skillet over them
