If its crustless quiche does that make it a frittata? :confused:
I dunno, I always thought a frittata was stovetop and never add milk or cream to it, or to omelets.

ETA recipes for frittatas I looked up use less cream or milk. When I make a quiche for every egg I add enough cream or milk to equal 1/2 a cup. More custard like texture than a frittata I think.
