Preparing carrot dogs for bbq tomorrow. I marinate them for 24 hours to get the best flavor.

I made potato salad, broccoli slaw and bbq sauce. I sauteed an onion and added shaved beef for bbq beef sandwiches.

Thanks, the potato salad and broccoli slaw were. Wasn't happy with the beef or the sauce.

Carrot Dogs?

They're carrots that have a smoky hot dog flavor. I don't eat vegan meats (too many additives and soy) so I try to mimic them with veggies.
