Okay first this pie as in smores pie bought a chocolate cracker crust

How do they work? What do you put in them?
You put about a Tbsp of seeds in, soak in water, drain and then rinse and drain a couple times a day until they sprout. Kitchen counter is fine. I use one of those net bags from oranges to hold the jar while I spin it around a bit. The centrifugal force helps get as much water as possible out after rinsing.

The jar is upside down and the lid has legs so it's able to drain even more. The center of the lid is a wire mesh like a sieve.
