I think anything 3 days and on is good. Eating it right off isn’t because it’ll be tough. People do that though and wonder why they don’t like itOkay well it will be 5 as of Saturday making chicken and biscuits or dumplings
That’s what I usually do. I cook it in the instant pot and it falls right off the bone. Makes things so much easier.Doing long cook so meat falls off the bone Saturday and can be added to stew
