This is like a week of meals thought it best to put it in one..
The new way of doing them still has me a bit confused

Way, way back in the back of the freezer, where food goes to burn, I found cheddar and herb biscuit dough. In the “I don’t really want to eat that!” area of the canned stuff, I found chipotle sauce and a can (fatty, but the neat is good) of beef. I used the Dutch oven to heat up the meat, and my air fryer for the biscuits.

I feel silly posting, but I am stubborn (Bull headed) about not letting things die unless everyone is okay with it.

I’ve had a cold & havent cooked all week.
I have a 13yr old doing all the cooking. Lots of Mac & cheese, vegi dogs & noodles.

DD3 made veggie chicken fingers, rice & gravy & cheesy cauliflower. No pics because it’s too dark in my quarantine chambers.

I’m surprised she makes gravy so well. She says it’s easy. I always had trouble with gravy.
