I made my hubby flan for fathers day. Turned out so shiny and beautiful! Flan is both of our favorite dessert! ❤ This recipe calls for 5 eggs, which came from our neighbor to the south's birds... YUM!

They havent started laying yet.. Still young. Should start late next month, so excited! Our neighbor has 20+ so they bring over eggs every couple of weeks. So sweet of them.

Dinner last night. Hamburger seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning, green beans and mashed potatoes. Of course cheese makes everything better (except old roadkill ).

I used my Tupperware hamburger press to make up a bunch of potato pancakes, and freeze them (raw). Of course there’s onion in them. The scrambled eggs have salt and pepper.
