Hey! A food thread!
I love food

Those poached eggs on toast look awesome, as does a lot of things I quickly scrolled through.

I saw a burger and just want to say, this electric griddle I bought half a year ago is the best kitchen purchase I have made in forever. I've always wanted to cook on a griddle. I've made tacos, steaks, breakfast of course, but these Oklahoma onion burgers, or smash burgers they are sometimes called, are incredible! Best burger I've ever made.
Nuthin' but burger, onion and cheese. And a couple good rolls (Ballpark)

To keep my post egg friendly, some McMuffins

Love this griddle. It makes cooking fun again.

Nope. I start with sour milk, heat to 185-190, add acid, and wait.
