Sick hen maybe coccidosis? Impacted crop??

Round 2 got 5cc down. Here is his latest poop. It is more green than the picture shows.

See how skinny the poop is? I suspect there is something going on in her intestines that's doing this. Could be worms, coccidia, cancer, or infection. Worms and coccidia would be easiest to treat, so that's what I would do for sure. I would also give lots of fluids.

I have given 2 more infusions of water with corid. About 12 cc in last 5 hours. Am using a 3cc syringe I ordered (arrived this evening) from Amazon. My daughter is holding her while I administer. I will continue in the morning. I will go to buy the supplies you suggested. Thank you.

If she were mine I would treat her for worms with Safeguard for goats and treat for coccidiosis with Corid. I would also tube lots of fluids.

According to one of the avian vet books I have, a non laying chicken needs at least 5% of it body weight in fluids each day and a laying hen needs almost 15% per day, so if she weighs 5 pounds she needs between 115 ml and 264 ml per day. I would suggest that you give Pedialyte or some sort poultry electrolyte for the first 24-48 hours.

When you get your tube, if it's something like aquarium air line, you will need to melt the end with a lighter otherwise it's too sharp and could damage her mouth, esophagus, or crop.

When you tube the first time, give 10-15 ml per pound of body weight, wait 60-90 minutes and repeat of crop is clear or mostly clear.

I found this to be very helpful:

Ok I read many of the links and ordered Various tubing sizes from the links to have on hand. I asked for express shipping. I particularly liked a post from Kuntrygirl in July 2013. Right now, until I receive the ordered tubing I feel most comfortable continuing on every couple of hours using the 3cc syringe.
So to be clear about all the fantastic advice, I will treat with Safeguard for possible worms, give pedialyte for the next 24-48 hours and add corid to the Pedialyte. I will hold off on the food feeding for 24 to 48 hours.
This morning I found another watery poop just like the last one I posted. She is still standing on her feet. She is still strongly fighting me when I pick her up.
Thank you so much!

Are you going to get liquid or powdered Corid?
I have liquid and have been dosing according to the instructions given on the post on BYC I think you posted some time back. It is 9.6% oral solution. I made it up 2 days ago and refrigerated it. I would have to go back to that post but think it is 5 tsp per gallon.
