That’s fair. I’m studying to become an exotic vet for domestic animals (I don’t plan on working with zoos or wildlife). Can’t exactly ban an animal just because I don’t like it lol.I was a vet tech years ago for a vet that refused to work on monkeys or any primate for that matter bc of the increased risk of zoonotic disease transmission. I was completely on board with his ruling. Now if I had worked for an exotic animal vet I'd have taken the good with the bad, but that wasn't his area of practice so it was a perfectly fine by me.
