Chances are she's just taking a bit more time getting her 'sea legs'.
Be sure that none of the other chicks are picking on her, and she's drinking and eating soon. Generally when a newborn chick sees the others drinking, she'll do so, also. But I'd keep an eye on her just to be positive.
