Okay before you say "they're too young to sex", I know they are. They're 14 and 19 days old. I'm making this post to share my guesses and predictions. I will update every week or so. I'll introduce the chicks as a reply to this thread.
Anyone is welcome to share their opinions and guesses on the chicks! Right now these guesses are based on how big/wide their legs are and their little combs. I don't think that it's gonna be accurate, but at least I'll have fun while trying to figure it out over the next weeks. (For Chestnut I really don't have a good reason other than I feel like he'll be a cockerel.

Why I think these chicks are cockerels:
- Legs - their legs and toes are very big. I've noticed female silkies have very thin delicate legs, whereas males have big, thick, strong legs. The difference is really noticeable in toes (some are small, thin and some are very big)
- Combs - their combs are super tiny and almost non-existent, but on some chicks the comb already looks slightly raised and/or a lighter color (lighter greenish/greyish color).
- Size - Size isn't a good way to sex chicks, but starting from day 1 I noticed a few are way bigger and heavier than others of the same age. The big ones also have big legs and ever so slightly raised combs.
That's pretty much it! I think I made it sound a bit too complicated lol. Basically those are my guesses on which will be cockerels. Next week I'll update with a new list of suspicious individuals
