Oh no.... Why, why all these boys! *sigh*. Well, what can you do. So what's the ratio of boys to girls up to now do you think? Hopefully you have enough pullets!

I'm excluding the gimpy ones, this brings me to 6:6, but, I have 2 more I'm keeping an eye on for being boys Storm the blue satin, and Skade the white / lavender / super light blue silkie. No idea what the color is called. It looks like it should be a splash, but there's no splash markings, but it can't be a recessive white, it has to be something in the blue realm, I think. A lot of uncertainty there!

A 6 to 6 ratio isn't bad at all for a hatch rate male to female. I've had worse. Seems like males tend to be more prevalent for some reason, you would think it would be the other way around? Hopefully Storm snd Skade are girls! Skade is adorable, ❤ so fluffy and fuzzy! Nice head floof too!

If Skade and Storm are males it will be 8 males to 4 females it's hard to start breeding pens with only males

I haven't picked a farm name yet, if it is 8 cockerels, I might have to go with something like Rooster Run Farms

I can't even tell you how fast I would keep Skade! He (hopefully a she) is SUPER pretty!
