I'd guess pullet. It's only 9 weeks old? My boys never had a nice round poof like that. And they stood up taller. But I've only had boys (hopefully some of my new chicks are silkie girls!), so I'm not much help. I'd keep it. What's another 9 weeks or so of waiting, right? (Could be another 6 months of waiting, but hey!)

I agree! Now it looks boyish. I went back and forth on one of my Silkie until it crowed... at 6 months old. Good luck!
