This bird looks pretty girly to me! If this bird is a year old then I’m pretty sure it’s a hen. No eggs yet? Would still like to get some close-up photos of the comb and face and if you can make them a little clearer that would be better. Hard for me to see the leakage in your photos.
At one year of age this bird is a hen. Some of my girls have what look like streamers as well, they just don’t get as long.
Well even so, still looks pretty girly to me! If she has not started laying then she should be soon. My birds don’t usually lay until 7-8 months of age.
