the herbed chicken stock tasted wonderful

I added one extra step- after deboning the chicken I put the bones and trimmings in the pot on the stove and boiled it for about an hour, then strained
It and evenly distributed it between the two herb stock pots.
It really added great flavor.

Then I chopped the veg

And added
It to the pots and chopped the chicken and added it and put the two pots in the fridge.

After the noodles cooled I set them aside and added them this morning.
 
Good morning,
I have both wood stoves going, Coffee ready. I have some NutPod peppermint mocha creamer, I only add a tough it my coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 otherwise its to sweet, but just a splash is nice.
I looked at Accuweather , the snow is 🌨️❄️coming, ❄️🌨️ but the prediction keeps changing, so I say ready or not it WILL happen and I thing sooner than Accu says.
