Leghorns are great layers, they dont eat a lot , not like the non stop eaters Buff Orphington. But these hens do slow down in their laying after 2 years. They need a break. so dont freak out when the laying is on & off.

I agree! with this new set of 4 chicks I got, I also bought a rooster. I hope he is as good as the hens.
