I lower heart rate,,, I hate it,, I had my one cup of reg. so now I am having decaf

That is why I drink mine with some fresh milk. By adding fresh milk (3,5% fat) the caffeine effect will not boom and then suddenly drop, but maintain a nice and comfortable level for many hours.

Thank you, yes the cooler temps are here and my older hens are also taking a break to molt. I have read that it is good to buy flock raiser with the 20% protein to help the hens regrow feathers. They can lay eggs and grow feathers very well at the same time.

This is very true. The extra protein helps a lot and I believe can shorten the molting season for them.
