The finest and least expensive I have found is vitacost brand rice flour. Unfortunately they seem to have discontinued the white flour, but still have the brown. It is much finer then most I have found for the price. I mix my own blends, my husband is convinced he is sensitive to xanthan gum.Since GF flour is rather expensive, I'm grinding rice into flour and giving that a try. We'll see if it is edible or a gritty mess. I'm using a high speed blender (Blendtec), sifting it, and then blending it a second time. It still had some texture to it, so I don't know if it'll be any good.
