We had wind like that the other night. Nothing makes me stay in and snuggle down like heavy winds.

The clouds have moved in again, so chilly. Spent some time out walking in the yard with the ladies this morning between other chores. They love it when I move the various pots etc.

Oh, and I have finally managed a perfect gf loaf of bread! Used the recipe from the same site as the cake I posted, but used psyllium instead of xanthan gum.

OH so great looking! great job, DD#2 sent me a pic, it snowed in Grants Pass

I used the oven and a glass bread pan.
I used the almond vs millet option
And a bit over 2 Tbsp of psyllium husk powder instead of xanthan gum.
