I used the almond vs millet option
And a bit over 2 Tbsp of psyllium husk powder instead of xanthan gum.

It has been a busy morning, I hope you all have a great day. I am getting ready for my youngest to come up. I got 1/2 of my pantry packed up yesterday and one of the shelves put out on the porch. I'll do the rest of it after DD leaves.

I don't envy your winter move, did that three years ago. Hopefully you aren't on a super tight deadline like we were. Two weeks to move (after 16 years) a 2700 sq house into a 780 sq house. While we were both still working, him full time and me close too it and mostly opposite days.
