Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

She is your family. She is your baby girl.
My best wishes, thoughts, and prayers for you both.
Not knowing is very difficult, hug her and hold her and I hope the shotgun approach works.
I am very sorry.
I love my dogs more than most of my blood relatives, I do understand, and I know how frightening this is.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and prayers. Now I need to go get A LOT of coffee. Been a long, very long, night. Going to be a longer week. Tomorrow it's back to the vet, Wednesday it's the roadtrip (2 1/2 hr, just to get there) to my oncologist for my checkup, then praying we have some answers about my puppy because sometime before the following Wednesday we have to make a 4 hour drive south to visit DH's brother before the surgery to remove a fist sized tumor wrapped around the main artery to his brain. It's not an optional trip and puppy will have to go with us (Lord granting that she is still alive). "The Lord is my Shepherd..........................................................

Personally, I have the worst time with the not knowing.

So GIANT

for all of it.
Yep, I've always been a "take things head on" kind of person. Always been able to handle just about anything (and there have been a few very big "anythings" in my life) if I know what it is I am fighting. This "it's better not to know" thing is for other people. How can you fight without knowing who (or what) your opponent is? I have been told I can charge into battle like a bull in a china shop sometimes, but I've never been accused of running the wrong way.

I am woman (mom, wife, nurse, protector of all living things, especially those belonging to me!, etc.....) hear me roar!!! hehehehehe.

Thank you for understanding. Yes, I think, honestly I feel the same way about the relatives. my little snow dog :love Chickisoup I am praying for you and yours. My dogs are my family. I can handle the people problems very calmly but the pets I break down. On a lighter note, my light Brahma started doing something interesting this morning.... she stuck her head to the ground and her but in the air when I went to pet her. So I took the opportunity to check her vent and its an upsidedown smilely.... weird as she's only 10 weeks. I know that I should not be looking at eggs from this group for at least another month but should I start putting the fake eggs into the nesting boxes now?

@chickisoup yep, tell me what I am fighting!

And I love that picture of the kitten seeing the lion in the mirror. Isn't that true with all of us? Who we see ourselves as has often very little to do with what we actually look like.

Chicki, I am VERY SORRY, that you are having to go through so much all in the same week. That is very difficult! :hugs

@kbarnes
Putting an egg in now probably wouldn't hurt.

So exciting that you are getting close! :weee
