Thanks Chickwhispers and Puddin FluffI can hardly wait for them to get to know me. Last night the Best cockerel watched as I called my turkey and they were fussing trying to be first to let me pet them! The Buckeye seemed puzzled. Hopefully he will learn to come let me pet him also. lol :)

You're welcome. I wish I had gotten a couple of buckeyes instead of my RIRs last year. The reds are so aggressive, they are finally settling down, but they still try to bully just not as bad. They older flock and the 23 week olds are mixing better, but they still aren't too accepting of the 17 week olds. Hopefully in another month they'll all be fine.

I spent all yesterday pressure washing bricks, driveway, and anything else that did not get out of the way. We have had a lot of rain so everything was green, anyway I said to myself, ''Self, you aren't getting much exercise today, except for the trigger finger.''

No. I was wrong. I was very wrong. I was up with you at the same time getting Motrin.
Then I laid back down waiting for it to work, got tired of waiting, then I got up and started cooking.

Labor day was my Grandmother's joke that meant she had to work harder because we all descended on her house and swam and ate and made merry. I adored my Grandmother. I wish I was more like her. But I have her laugh, so that's good.

I hope your back starts feeling better soon!
