Sitting with a cup of coffee. (coffee lovers)

Ron, is she doing all her exercises? I didn't and I still lack some mobility in my dominant wrist, if I hold my hands next to each other, palms up, and try to twist both thumbs outward, my left hand gets about 10-15 degrees further than the right. And I can't do squash for more than a couple of months playing once a week, it really starts to upset my hand after that. Teenagers can e so stupid with things like that.

She is going to hand therapy and is doing her exercises. She has a brace that is forcing her thumb out so it can move and just yesterday she was able to use her little finger for typing. Her Primary doctor says she will recover but it will take time. It is hard for a 53 year old to recover from 13 weeks of immobility like that.

If her recovery stalls, she has a special brace ordered that will force the wrist back and make the wrist rotate.

I did to the exercises when I broke my wrist and have about 95% motion and full strength. It is a relief for me too--I broke my dominant hand.

I got full strength in it now too, luckily. Learning to eat with your weaker hand wasn't very fun. I kept making a mess of my face with a spoon at first, and buttering bread was really tough.

REALLY craving coffee right now!!!
The coffee was very good today. I roasted some coffee from Java a couple of days ago. It is wet process Arabica and does not take a dark roast very well. Some beans just can't go very dark so this time I went for a medium roast. They will be even better tomorrow--Coffee beans are best from three days to about 10 days after roasting them.

Ron, do you vacuum seal after roasting? That would probably give them some more time.
I have a canister with a release valve. It is like vacuum sealing and lets them off gas. I roast enough for about 5 days at a time so they are always fresh and tasty.
