That's how I am starting to feel. We had 9 inches of rain last week. About 7 roads in the county were underwater or washed out. County Judge has requested disaster relief from the state. We still have puddles and now more rain coming today.

Especially this morning. Hard to maintain your sense of humor when you wake up to 29o and snow

Oh well, sorry folks, but I know it could be worse, I could live in Texas!!!

Howdy Everyone! Thanks for having me, looking forward to being here on BYC and reading this thread Anyone else on here like me and got waaaaaaay to carried away with buying chicks when just starting out?! Lol I have 24 chicks, and 9 eggs about to go on lockdown this weekend! Ohh and I don't have a coop built yet :/ but my hubby assures me he will help me get it done on his 2 week leave coming up next week been looking at all the large coops posted on here for inspiration I'm a bit nervous to say the least, but happy to get my chickens grown and get some eggs for our family of 6, and the neighbors

Well I only started with 4 chicks, I had them in a cardboard box, the house while they grew.
I was in a little trouble because spouse said ok to 2 & didn't know what was doing to be involved with raising chickens...
