That poop indicates there may be a bacterial infection. Can you obtain an antibiotic? Do you know a vet you could ask? Do you have any leftover people antibiotics or do you know anyone who might have some?

I will check my medicine cupboard. I don't know any vets to ask. It is Friday night

Update on my sick chicken. She got up the next day and seems completely fine! The only thing I was able to do for her was to make her drink acv water and vitamin water. I was going to take her in on Monday if she was still sick but she woke up the next morning and has seemed completely fine since!
