Just curious I have a cockerel that his dad is black copper marans , mom olive egger . What does that make him? Still an olive egger ? Or just a mut lol ? Either way hes pretty and a jerk lol

Olive eggers are mutts, just carefully made ones, like goldendoodles or shorkiepoos, they're still a mix.
He'd probably be considered an OE rooster though. Since there's no standard and they don't breed true (though they CAN).
