Somebody please tell me the reason she died

It's possible that your chick simply failed to thrive. I have to admit, though, from your description, it sounds like she may have choked on the water. When I have given water by dropper, I always let the chick take the water. Never force it.
The way i tried to give her water was by pushing a drop of water out of the dropper on top of her beak, i didn't open her beak and forced the water inside, that was only with the food. Still, she wouldn't react to it in her mouth like the day before. Oh well, it is what it is. Thanks for letting me know.

Also if she was wet and cold that could of caused the death even if was later wat sort of waterer do u have as u really have tk be careful with baby quail u can buy small safe quail waterer in some stores and online sorry this happened to u unfortunately these things can happen. Maybe send a pic of ur set up in brooder and we can see if anything needs changing.xx
My setup was very barebones, little cage with a pillow case on the ground, 2 snall jar lids one with food one with water and a hiding spot. Left her outside during the day(it's pretty hot here) and took her inside, next to a heater during the night. This was doomed to fail because of the lack of heat lamp huh?

It was a small jar lid with a flat pebble in the middle so she won't fall in it. She had balance problems since i got her and in her 5 days alive she fell in the water 5 or 6 times and the last 3 times got wet even with the pebble in there. Had to dry her everytime afterwards. Maybe I was too late this time. Yeah, if i ever get another quail, I'll make sure warmth and getting wet is not a problem anymore. Thanks for commenting
It sounds like this little one wasn't going to make it regardless if it had balance issues.

You only had one? If you decide to get quail again, make sure to get a handful. They are social and don't do well alone.
